Today, I suddenly couldn’t read a message on my iPhone. A weird blurry spot made it impossible, and I had no idea if I was having a stroke or what—but my first instinct was to call Dr. Maier for help. The VERY professional young woman who answered my call took a thorough assessment by phone, and promised me a callback. Even though she wasn’t even in the office, Dr. Maier called me back minutes later—with a likely diagnosis! She stated that she thought I was experiencing a VISUAL MIGRAINE—something I had never heard of—and predicted that my visual problems would disappear about 20 minutes from their onset. She was RIGHT—my vision had return to normal just a couple of minutes earlier! A short time later my primary care physician CONFIRMED her diagnosis—without even knowing what she had concluded. SO, if you’re one of those idiots who left this TOP-NOTCH optometrist a BS 1-star review, you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF—and retract your libel—because Dr. Maier ROCKS!
