I ran from this provider as quickly as I could
I have been seeing urologists for years due to having interstitial cystitis. A chronic illness of the bladder. I had to switch to urology PC due to my awesome urologist leaving town for a better opportunity in Minnesota. I knew the physician she worked under was good so I saw her while having an ic flare that was pretty bad. Every question I asked, her response was that she didn't know and I should ask my gynecologist. On multiple occasions her nurses have been rude and dismissive of my needs. I have spent the last 2 months in severe pain due to my illness and her and her team have done nothing to help me. Most recently, I received a call from her nurse on a Friday that my urine culture came back positive for yeast. Instead of treating my bladder infection she wanted to wait till Monday. She left me in agonizing pain for the weekend. Needless to say, Monday morning I called the office got my prescription and change providers immediately.
