Visiting Heidi was one of the most upsetting healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, she seemed rushed and impatient, frequently urging me to hurry, making it nearly impossible to explain my concerns. While I understand providers face time pressures, her dismissive demeanor felt as if she was inconvenienced by me. I hope it was just an off day because I can’t understand what warranted such treatment. I left feeling defeated by how often she snapped at and scolded me.She misdiagnosed me, delaying proper treatment. Her notes were riddled with errors that didn’t reflect our discussion, and the way she portrayed me was inaccurate and felt insulting, as if she’d made up her mind about me beforehand.The billing was baffling—I was charged for multiple services that weren’t performed, with nearly $600 billed to insurance for less than 20 minutes of her time.Experiences like this explain why many young people are turning to urgent care instead of primary care providers.

She was very unprofessional, I was a new patient and she walked it without introducing her self and just sat down. She asked me questions with a huge attitude. she lacks compassion and patience. I have never felt so uncomfortable that i wanted to get up and leave. She talked over me and didn't even complete my exam and told me to just schedule another appointment with another provider.
