Helen is a great therapist. She is a good listener, caring and guides you through your issues. She always tries for you to focus on the future and be positive about it. She is also very flexible and is always there when you need her. I recommend her thoroughly.

Elena is by far the best therapist I've had in over 15 years of seeking counseling off and on for marital and then personal reasons. From the very first visit, I knew she was the perfect therapist for me. From the way she has her office space set up (both locations), to her own personal dress, I felt like I was meeting with a friend in her home. Not like those "clinical", stuffy, suits, who sit behind a desk or at a desk, giving the feeling like I'm some specimen being examined and analyzed.

I would absolutely recommend Helen. She is easy going and very knowledgeable.
