Years ago I went to Helen Tevlin and every appointment we had “aha moments.” She and David Mansfield helped me more than anyone throughout my life. Dr. Tevlin explained things so I could understand the effect in the present day.

Dr. Tevlin was one of the worst therapist I've ever dealt with. It's obvious she is just in it for the $$. Do yourself a favor and do not book with this therapist if you need help.
