Dumb
I saw this woman at Sheppard Pratt outpatient and she was scatterbrained and disheveled. I've had a severe mood disorder and many other disorders last 45 years and feel horrible. I told her I didn't want to live and her only reply was 'Don't say that' and didn't take me serious so I never went back to her.

I found Hilarie Lynn to be knowledgeable, thoughtful, and compassionate. She took time to meet with me as the parent, and has gone the extra mile in offering time and care to my son, who has a complicated mental health and physical health history. I think she is an exceptional mental health provider, in both expertise and in compassion and kindness. She truly cares about the best interest of the patient.

I have been to several mental health providers and I found that Hilarie was incredibly kind and compassionate to my disorder. She explained the medications that have helped me, which was important to me. She makes me feel like I am important and not just a number.

after making an appt 3 weeks earlier the appt was cancelled the morning of! , citing a "schedule conflict". It was done without empathy for the fact that I had made the appt 3 wks prior and she cancelled the morning of. I wasn't making the appt for no reason and as a mental health provider I could never trust her. She clearly can not relate to someone who needs mental health support.
