Great ExpHolley erience
I was struggling with addiction and after we used my EAP sessions I couldn't afford to pay but Holley offered a sliding scale and a few times didn't charge me at all. We worked well together and she wanted to help any way she could. I have never had that experience with a counselor before. I am beyond grateful!

Excellent therapist
Holley saw my kids for 6 months and their behavior changed in several positive ways. they looked forward to their sessions and she had regular parent consults with my husband and I. We really felt like this was a team effort and can't thank her enought!

Intuitive and effective counselor!
I started individual counseling to address issues related to kinship parenting a child with trauma and to work on abusive relationships. I am now in a women’s group facilitated by Holley and continue to experience so much benefit because of her expertise around important mental health and wellness topics and her deeply intuitive and effective counseling skills.

My mental health boosted significantly!
Telehealth
In just over a year I've been going to sessions with Holley my overall mental health has been boosted significantly. She's been able to help me identify and address my stress and anxiety. The men's group sessions have been phenomenal for me and my confidence.

Positive experience
Telehealth
I have been working with Holley now for around 6 months. Holley has been nothing short of professional, compassionate and understanding. She has challenged me to challenge my perspective on life, relationships, scenarios in the day-to-day, and how I think about these things. Very little can be resolved overnight, however my experience has been positive and I can certainly say that I feel better and more confident today than I did when I started this journey. Holley has been a wonderful partner in this endeavor.

Supportive Counselor
Telehealth
Holley listens, engages, and supports, a beautiful blend especially in a therapist. She has helped me sift through some long-held issues with anxiety as well as guiding me as I look to the next phase of my life. Any time with Holley is time well spent.

Unprofessional

Only had one session with Holley as she flaked, miscommunicated, or gave an excuse for cancelling last minute. Charged us for a session she no showed for. The one session was pretty good though and she was nice.

She’s money hunrgy and has no passion
Didn’t even have my first appointment with Holly. This incident happened about a month ago. I had to cancel my first appointment because I had covid. I cancelled 24 hours in advance, yet she charged me $100! I made a claim with my bank to reverse it, and they covered me. But here I am a month later and they took it back out of my account because she’s fighting hard for this $100. So petty, i’m a 20 yr old broke teenager and she’s doing this.

Disappointed and do not recommend her at all
Took a while to get an appointment to get my daughter in, then after the appointment she said she’d be gone for two weeks. As hard as it was to get my daughter to agree to see someone, that definitely took the wind out of her sails. Holley also said she’d call me to discuss things but then never did. Lastly, she charged my card for a book before even asking if I planned to keep or return it. Yucky experience. I hardly ever write reviews but felt compelled to warn people about her.

Extremely unprofessional
It’s hard for me to describe how bad this experience was. She cancelled appointments, made up that I had scheduled at times I had not and then texted angrily asking where I was, requested to meet via zoom when I preferred in person and then never sent a link (I had to text her after our start time to see if we were actually going to meet), and then I think had my husband and I confused with someone else during session because she kept saying things that didn’t make any sense for us/our situation. She was also extremely cold towards me the entire time, asked questions of me in session with an outright tone of judgement, and often would communicate only with my husband about scheduling, even after he specifically asked her to please include me in communications. Please be very, very careful about engaging with her, as her lack of care and professionalism feel like extremely dangerous liabilities given her line of work.

I had visited Holley roughly 4 times in 2019. She was on time for only two of these appointments, and most of the appointments she requested some level of rescheduling, including after one no-show. I was scheduled to go in for a 5th appointment, but after she requested to reschedule again, I stopped working with her altogether. Her advice was helpful, but the untimely rescheduling was unprofessional, especially considering her hours were mainly during mid-day work week time slots.

Always late and ended sessions early. Have seen countless therapists over the years and I have never had an experience like this. Awkward silences and attitude. Made me feel like my feelings and issues were “incorrect.”

?Treated? my husband. I am a nurse and expected patient-centered, compassionate care. Instead she was negligent/disrespectful. She was distant/unapproachable during visits. She cut sessions short, stating she needed to document (something you do on your own time). She forgot appointments and stated she had a right to take time off, instead of apologizing/rescheduling. He no longer trusts counselors because of his experience with her. This behavior can cause real, permanent patient harm.

Misplaced my paperwork from previous session and tried to wing it by asking about my sister. I don't have a sister. Yawned throughout session and wasn't very approachable.
