She’s great
She’s lovely. I enjoy working with her. I truly believe that she cares and she is doing her best to make each patient experience personal in spite of the large workload or large client base she has. I recently asked to increase a medication dose and she was hesitant because of my previous high blood pressure vitals over the last year. It made me feel good that she paid attention to my file and wasn’t just trying to get me in and out the door. Her communication via patient portal is quick too.
