Holly Leo, NP

This office has the most incompetent staff you can imagine. Depending on who is working and when, you may or may not get through to them and get what you need to happen. Holly Leo uses the office space with a doctor who obviously not only does not know whom to hire, but is too stingy to update the office with newer technology, so that the patient does not have to go through heck when lab work, and RX refills are necessary. NO email communication , no access to online portals ! And RX have to be called in instead of using the RX software which we(( I am a healthcare provider) use all the time. They are rude, and Lazy, and pretend that they don't understand . Then don't even listen to what you're asking for or need them to do .If you make an appointment , they can do that, but God forbid if you need for them to call your lab , your pharmacy, or even leave a message for Holly . Holly is caring and tries to help you , but the staff will cause her loss of patients and referrals.
