Dismissive and rude at times
Holly filled in while Dr. Morrow was off and clearly didn't read my medical history. Very dismissive and can come off as rude and abrasive sometimes.

Holly is awesome. She is an excellent listener and takes her time with you, I never feel rushed, and Holly lets me participate in my health care decisions (which is important to me). When she explains things to me I have 100% confidence that she knows what she is talking about. Holly is also very down-to-earth with excellent empathic skills. I give her 5 stars, no doubt about it!
