Absolutely no stars.
Not sure where she was trained, or why she is a PA, but her license needs to be revoked. She was very rude and constantly using unprofessional terms with patients. I recently visited the ER and had her as a PA. She didn’t properly transfer my papers to the doctor after leaving her shift and I ended up being discharged improperly from the hospital after being there for over 9 hours. You can tell people like her don’t enjoy their jobs.
