Teaching Moment for new staff
Post Op visit with Dr Findlay was thorough and relaxed conversation on recovery & expectations over the next month. Since I have a rare & unique history, was asked if I would be willing to help educate the new staff using teaching monitors to present my case and expose the challenges with the various treatments I’ve experienced over the last 40 plus years. Great mentor thinking of staff education and development; Glad to Help!

He was engaging in my concerns.
He sought to explain in layman's terms what my eye exams revealed. This seemed important to him, and this mattered greatly to me. Clear in his recommendations for follow-up care and exams. Sought to allay any fears or concerns that may have had no foundation. His good humor was welcomed, but he was very professional in the services he provided me as a patient.

Super experience
I was very apprehensive when I first learned that I had to have cataract surgery. Dr. Findley and the Commonwealth Eye Clinic Staff did everything possible to make it a seamless process. I am so happy with the results and I can really see again! Thanks to all!

Good experience
The office staff was great. Dr. Findley spent enough time with me to answer all my questions so I could feel comfortable with the decision I made. Bobbie worked with me to schedule surgery that fit very well with my schedule. I was pleased with the entire experience.

He told me he would be the architect in preparing for my cataract surgery and Toric implants. Couldn't have had such a successful procedure if he hadn't gotten that part right! He also helped ease some of my anxiety before the first procedure. He was warm and helpful with explanations. Nice man... excellent doctor.
