Making me wait & Cracking jokes with the staff was more important than the fact that I waited weeks for this appointment. News flash.. there is pain in this world. I have agonizing sciatic pain. To the point that I cannot walk or go to work. I don't need some "fancy" guy using his ten dollar words letting me know he can't give me pain meds. Blew my mind! People on med-cal have to suffer? What a waste of time. I went to another facility got a MRI & they are helping me. Thanks for nothing Hugo.

I went to my doctor visit feeling absolutely awful. I sat in a hot waiting room & went back to see a P.A. By the name of Hugo. He wasn't very knowledgable & talked about everything but my real issue. Made my issue seem like a joke to him, like what I was feeling wasn't the truth. I left there getting medication that did nothing to help me. He did not listen & acted as if I was beneath him. All he did was make me feel like I was a lying drug addict. Because of him I suffered greatly.

Horrible bedside manners, not very knowledgeable about most medical conditions, rude and overly fond of himself. Had to knock him off his own pedestal.
