Front desk person was not friendly and I stood there a bit before any of the there acknowledged my presence. The woman that helped me was competent but didn't seem happy to be there. Nurse that walked me back was fabulous and kind. Made me feel very comfortable. Doctor was amazing! Highly recommend.

Dr. Hwang is very friendly, responsive and approachable and explained my treatment plan.

I think more pain areas should have been addressed with needles, like the last time I was there-different doctor. I was still in pain when I left-not so the first time. Also the massage table used was uncomfortable with gaps near the shoulders.

The whole experience was very relaxing, from the time I walked in the building to the time I left the building. The session was very relaxing and my headache was indeed much better. Everyone in the institute is VERY NICE!!! From reception to providers...

Dr. Hui Hwang was fantastic. She was amazing, she was kind, she was thorough in her explanation about acupuncture, and its care, and medicine. I'm not too sure what more she could have done to make it more of a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

Although the doctor was very nice, and seemed genuinely concerned, I don't think she looked at the CT scans in my records that really show my problems. The front desk nurse seemed very unconcerned that the next appt. date given had serious conflict with travel plans, which I had to change, in though I was willing to go to other locations for the next treatment.

I had an experience of Vertigo that sent me to the emergency room. Likely inner ear outcome from yoga where I moved my head and neck a lot. Dr. Hwang spent time with me discussing this and what this could mean for me. She suggested being careful about head and neck movement. I felt she spent much time with me explaining this issue and also her change in my position and placement of acupuncture needles. Grateful for ongoing treatment.

Dr Hwang and Sego went above and beyond. I felt so listened to, cared for, and hopeful after my visit. This experience was one of my best with medical professionals. Dr Hwang took her time to answer all of my questions, explain in detail when I needed it, and give me a course of action that I feel like will improve my health. I really look forward to continuing care here and will share this great experience with my family and friends. UCI Intergrative health is the best out there. Very grateful for you all
