Went back there to see Dr. Shirmo after an insurance change of many years, only to see the PA-Ian Simpson. PA-Simpson seems nice but I simply DO NOT trust his opinion or diagnosis plan and after almost 4 weeks now, I still have yet to see the actual Dr. Never once was I offered to see actual Dr.! Wait times per visit in waiting room range from 50 - 70 minutes before PA-Simpson enters! Then only sees you for a max. 10 of minutes; wants another appointment 7 days later. He doesn't explain things very well and doesn't hesitate to completely mess up a patients meds and meds schedule. Tried their TeleVisit system to only wait online for over an hour and PA-Simpson blew off the appointment; even after I had already paid the co-payment for appt. PA-Simpson called me 20 minutes after appt. only to give lame computer issue but offered no consolation for waiting over an hour! This office is all about $$$ they can get from patients & insurance! I do not feel comfortable going there anymore!!!
