She Actually Listens and Cares
I see Ingrid once every three to six months for my Multiple Sclerosis. (I have been a patient of Dr. Boehme's since he diagnosed me in July 2002 and I have been seeing Ingrid exclusively now for several years.) Ingrid has the ability to listen to my latest symptoms and decide the next steps very, very quickly. She knows when it's time to order an MRI or other testing, when to prescribe a new medicine and she always explains her reasoning to me. So far, she has not been wrong about any of it. Some people may feel rushed (I read other reviews) because Ingrid's mind works so quickly they feel she is not giving them enough attention, however, in my experience over the years, she is as meticulous as she is fast and I trust her with my life (literally). Amy, at the front desk, is another person who deserves a lot of credit...she is a one woman show, juggling patients, appointments, insurance and pharmacies and the docs with great care and skill!

Was rushed. No bedside manner. Did not introduce herself. At the end of our session she brought me to the scheduler and then simply walked away. Stay away!

She didn't spend but maybe 3 to 4 minutes with me. Doesn't communicate personally with you. needs a little bedside manner schooling. I felt like she was just rushing through my visit
