I was informed that my experience couldn't possibly be my lived experience, refused to offer requested treatment, hung up on me even after I expressed how the frustration of getting help triggers severe self harm and suicidal ideations, and then filled her written report with lies and mis-representations of me. Thankfully Kaiser assured me that the call was recorded and they can verify the information to be inaccurate, but she also said in the report that I declined further therapy (the ENTIRE point of the call was seeking continued therapy) so now I'm placed at the back of the line waiting another 3 weeks before I can even get another assessment before I can get any help at all. Basically, I'm left with the suicide prevention line as my option if things get too dark. I have also already reported her to the state of CA.
