Not bad, but your relationship deserves better
This therapist is too easily triggered. She does not have the tools to manage when things do not go by the book. "Blunt" is her style, but it veers into cold and judgmental. Not much to her practice beyond giving exercises. If you don't acknowledge that things go deeper for couples in crisis, the exercises themselves won't do much. Couples need to feel safe in a therapist's care.
