Dr Irina is what I call her. She is an inquiring, thorough and lovely medical professional. She has given me good medical advice for the last couple of years at the Avanta Clinic. She will prescribe medications she sees fit, but asks questions before doing so. She would rather not prescribe drugs if other therapies will work better (ie. diet, salt, exercise, activities, sleep, stress management, etc). She believes in monitoring vitals, so will look deep into a medical history file to see what’s going up and what’s going down. On top of that, she has a nice interpersonal demeanour with wit. Highly Recommended

She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. My daughter is special need and is very comfortable with her. Wish we had more people in the medical field like her. I would also like to mention that she goes above and beyond her call when it comes to my daughter.
