Iris Greenbaum, LCSW

I have been seeing Iris for the last 16 yrs. I have, also moved to 2 different States in the last 5 yrs and she has made it possible for me to get help, when needed. I have been in counseling since I’ve been 16 yrs old. Finding the right person to connect with you is very important to your mental health. Once I found Iris, I was done! I went from going to counseling several times a month, to going to a check up once a year…if needed. Iris cares about her clients needs and their well being. I have NEVER had to wait for an appointment, she gets back to me ASAP, and I have NEVER had to wait in her waiting room, she is ALWAYS on time. I highly recommend Iris Greenbaum for all your counseling needs!

Great therapy

I searched for a therapist through my insurance provider. In emailing to inquire about making an appointment, the only response I received was "let's make sure your insurance can pay for your visit, first." She doesn't care about people. She just wants money. I will not be making an appointment with her now or in the future. I only left one star because half of a star is not an option.

Excellent

no staff, poor communication skills. It may help if she put a clock on the wall behind client so it appears that she is focused on the client and not need to look at the clock on the table.
