Outstanding therapist for PTSD
Isabel is an amazing therapist and doing really progressive work on treating PTSD. Besides talk therapy, tapping therapy is incredibly effective if done correctly and made a remarkable difference in my treatment. As an intersectional provider, understanding my cultural background also made a huge difference. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make real progress on their journey to healing from trauma.
