Mrs. Garcia was very rude and aggressive towards myself and my family member (patient). She lacked empathy, patience, and professionalism. Mrs. Garcia raised her tone of voice when she became impatient and had a look of anger on her face. We were very cooperative with her, but for whatever reason, she did not treat us with the respect that every patient and family deserves from their health care provider. We were very disappointed in her demeanor and that is the reason for our review.
