Arrogance and unwillingness to listen. As well as completely lacking any sort of compassion was my experience w/Ms. Patel. She chose to phone me w/results if my biopsies, albeit I wanted the test results asap, which could possibly be prior to an in person consult. However, calling me to say I have squamous cell carcinoma, and there's good likelihood I may have colon cancer (overstepping w/in her realm of education, knowledge &/or certs. She Provided Zero explanation of my cancer diagnosis. Bad!!
