Dr. Ivan Nassif, DC

Not sure what the doctor is like, but his receptionist Melody does not need to be in a front desk position. Today was my first visit. I was barely acknowledged when I arrived and quickly learned that my appointment was canceled without notice. I was told that they called me, texted me and emailed me to confirm my appointment this morning and when I didn't answer this morning, they canceled my appointment. I never received a call, email or text. I actually received a confirmation email at 7:30 this morning reminding me of my appointment: I have never been treated so rudely and in such a condescending fashion from someone at the front desk. Even if there is a mistake or mix up, you don't berate patients in front of others and call them a liar. I asked to see the Dr. but he was too busy - I emailed and asked that the Dr. call me, but never heard a word. I am sure that Melody will never allow me to speak to the Dr. and tell him of my experience. What a horrible experience and waste

I had four years of chronic hip pain in my pirifomis. A friend raved about Dr. Nasiff and how he helped her family with various chiropractic treatments. I figured I would give him a try since I have nothing to lose. Honestly, I left his office with 98% better mobility and less pain. I feel amazing when I left there and so happy I made that phone call. His office is professional private and relaxing.

Awesome practice! Calming environment, great technique. But office has moved to 7170 Chagrin Road in Chagrin Falls.

Very good listener. Explains what he is doing and what he feels the best treatment would be for condition that brought me in to see him. Breaks things down and speaks in every day language to understand the medical condition. I am pleased that Dr. Nassif was recommended to me by a colleague!

Highly recommend Dr Nassif. He is an excellent Chiropractor. Very professional and accomodating. Very sincere in his practice.
