Smart and very attentive.
I have never seen a doctor who actually cares. He provided help in all the medical needs I had. Even the ones I did not even knew I had. He had a solution for every problem. He does not seem to be in a hurry, unlike other doctors. His observation skills optimal. He also realized about things I did not even know I had. Amazing Doctor. There is one HUGE problem though. His staff is definitely not on par. I have been having problems with his staff at least 5 times in less than 2 months. I had to personally wait 3 days to get my prescriptions. Even though I called literally 5 times with at least 2 hours difference to find out what was going on. The answer was always the same. It is clear to me that it was actually the staff's fault. After 5 times, I just could not keep calling on the risk of sounding crazy. I try my best to be polite, but their attitude does not help. That is very discouraging. If a patient calls for their medicine. Please dont wait 3 days. I could not sleep at all.

Dr. Patino is one of the best doctors I've had in the last 20 years here in Miami. He takes time to listen and you can tell he genuinely cares. I never feel rushed or brushed off like with other doctors. My husband feels the same way.

Dr. Patiño is the best doctor I have ever had, he is kind and always his treatments and medical recipes are excellent, super Doctor. and habla español supeer bien, lo recomiendo 100%

Dr Patino is a very approachable and kind doctor. We are now at the beginning of July 2020 and here in Florida the numbers of Covid 19 positive cases are climbing up. Which means Dr Patino must be getting lots of phone calls and be very busy. I had just received the news that I had tested positive with Covid 19 and called his office. They told me he would call me back. Dr Patino called me back a little later. I was shocked by the news but had mild symptoms and apologized of having him call me back. But he was very friendly, asked me about how I was feeling, what my symptoms were and gave me good advice. It made me feel so much better and reassured and confident he would be there should I need it.

Dr Patino is an amazing doctor he is kind and friendly, but the office staff is terrible the manager Andrea James is rude, disrespectful and friendlyness
