My functional doctor recommended myofascial release therapy, so I did some research, and I am so grateful that I found Izabela. She brought me hope from the very beginning and I always look forward to my sessions with her! Izabela Adamus is a great physical therapist who helped me when no other medical professional could. Izabela's extensive knowledge, combining PT, myofascial release, and energy medicine with her one-on-one connection taught me to quiet my mind, listen to and feel my body, and slowly unwind my tight body. Izabela guided me away from a life of chronic pain and disability toward self-awareness and well-being, teaching me that in stillness there is safety, softness and a more pain-free way to live. Izabela’s miraculous work has helped me regain a level of mobility I never expected to reach. I had done excruciating sports-PT for years with no lasting benefit and eventually stopped. I am fully and permanently disabled and supported by SSDI, due to degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, nerve damage, and retrolisthesis of one vertebrae. D.I.S.H. Syndrome/Forestier's Disease I was diagnosed with D.I.S.H. Syndrome/Forestier Disease (calcification and ossification of my neck and spine), with no hope of recovery.
