I was referred to NW Orthopaedic Express on the South Hill by my Chiropractor for a knee injury. I was seen by Ryan Saunders, PA. Great bedside manner. Personable, friendly, a good listener, knowledgeable, answered my questions to my satisfaction. He went over the views of my knee x-rays with me, and did a thorough examine of my knee. He had me fitted with a soft hinge brace and ordered an MRI for further evaluation. He was patient, listened to my concerns. Time spent with me was satisfactory. The team at this facility, Ryan, PA, Jessica, MA, Misty, X-ray Tech, and Avery, Receptionist is amazing. Everyone, was friendly, courteous, professional and caring. I am so glad that my Chiropractor sent me to this clinic. It was such a great experience. Total time spent there was about 30 min. Which included wait time to be seen, X-ray, examine and consult with Ryan and fitting with brace. Sure beats going to the E.R and spending four to five hours. Highly recommend NW Orthopaedic Express.
