Took my child to urgent care because it’s an holiday weekend and her primary was not in office and could not of received worse care. The nurse was more concerned with my child than her. She barely looked her over and when I voiced my concerns her response was everyone’s sick deal with it. She contradicts herself and tries to cover it up. Luckily I was able to reach her pediatrician and get her the care she needed or she could have ended up hospitalized.

After our most recent visit to the immediate care side, I can honestly say that if you get Jackie, you will most likely receive subpar care. My husband was seen for an issue that, while chronic and mostly under control, recently flared up, possibly due to a prior Covid infection. When Jackie walked in the room, she leaned against the counter and asked “what do you want from me” without even so much as examining him. When he informed her of the situation, the medications he is taking, and his concerns, she offered zero help. She was abrasive, asking him “well, what do you want me to do about this?” She ended up walking out of the exam room and down the hall, all the while my husband saying “thanks for the compassion”. She just kept walking away. We did meet with the practice manager right after to submit our complaint.
