I have been a patient with Dr Highley since he first started his practice in Bellingham in 1990. I saw several Drs before going to Dr Highley and in my opinion, no one compared to his level of skill and compassion. I have referred all of my family and friends to Dr Highley and they are just as pleased as I have been. He is thoughtful, caring and intuitive and refers to other specialists when needed. I can't say enough about how much I've benefited from having Dr Highley on my healthcare team
