Lazure is very nice and attentive.
Saw him November 4, 2023. It is January 26, 2024 and I still do not have my prescription. I have tried calling the office several times, actually spoke to someone a week ago. LOri stated she would get right on it. Have talked to my insurance company several times and told me exactly what needed to be done. Went to the doctor office on January 25, 2024. Lori was not in so no one could help me was told that Lori would call me the next day. No phone call. To say I beyond frustrated is a joke. I have waited for this script almost three months. What does a patient have to do a get presfilled?

This is the 3rd visit with Jackson Laizure. He is very courteous and knowledgable. He takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend him. I feel he is an asset to GI of Norman.
