Poorly listens. And will respond rudely to you when you send a message. There is 100 different ways she could have responded with. But she choose to start off stating the forms are ridiculous and she will not be filling them out.

She checked only for tonsils and heartbeat and nothing else for a physical... no eye , ear or knee check and few other things they do at physical.. I will not visit her again.
