Look For Another Provider
Came in the room without knocking and on top of that she was 45 minutes late. No apologies, no "I'm sorry to keep you waiting." She needs to learn how to knock on the door before entering. Not very pleasant.

Jackie was very rude. She didn't know what was going on with my symptoms, and for some reason this made her almost begin to argue with me about what was going on. I will never go back to see her. Nurse practitioners seem to feel this sense that they know it all and this one doesn't handle the situation well when she cannot diagnose. The patient is just there for answers and help because they are sick and don't need bad attitudes! Other staff members I've encountered in this office were great.
