I have had numerous problems with Jacob and his stuff. Jacob is a physicians assistant, and I’ve never been at a Amelia Express care when there was a doctor present. Jacob and his staff made numerous mistakes, including with a wasting disease that I had, and they never followed through by giving me the results of many tests that I took, I had to get the test results myself, and after complaining to them about it, I never heard from them again. Jacob also misdiagnosed a brown recluse bite for simply a spider bite. Really? I don’t think Jacob is capable of running the 2 Amelia. Express care locations as the main provider and they don’t seem to have a manager. They cost me a lot of time and money. And they never apologized or followed through. Jacob never diagnosed the problem, didn't give me the test results and his staff would no longer talk to me.

Logsdon Dx’d my 10 month old, who was running a 103.7 temp when meds wore off, with an ear infection. He didn’t even look in both ears. He looked in the right faster than he could blink and said, “yep, it’s infected”. When I asked, “what does it look like?” With his back to me, headed toward the door he said, “it looks infected”. He should not be so arrogant to think he is the only one who knows what a well or infected tympanic membrane looks like. He just happens to be the one with a license to write a script. A script my child did not need. My son did NOT have an ear infection. This was confirmed by his pediatrician AND his ENT once we arrived back home. Oh yes, also confirmed by the tempanogram. No negative pressure whatsoever. And none of this was due to the only 4 doses of antibiotics we gave him. We stopped because NO EAR INFECTION. My child had salmonella and continued to be extremely sick after being misdiagnosed and given unnecessary antibiotics .

Jacob Logsdon is excellent!! Not only did he listen to me and diagnose my immediate problems, he also checked me for any underlying health concerns!! We are new to the area, and he was of great service!! Thank You!!

Jacob Logsdon is knowledgable , confident and caring. I would highly recommend him and this office.
