The entire office is useless. Orin prescribed medication and his nurses can’t be bothered to take 30 seconds to call in the order. Mental health medications can’t be skipped. We’re literally taking them to stay alive. Orin and his office is the reason people hesitate to seek help for mental health.

Jake has done wonders for my mental health as I've worked with him over the past 2 years. He was the one to finally give me the correct diagnosis of my condition and my life has vastly improved since managing my medications with him. He's very supportive and caring, and I feel as if he's truly concerned for my health and wellbeing. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs help with their mental health journey.

Being taken seriously when it comes to mental health is extremely important. I highly recommend seeing him if you value being understood as a patient. I truly don't know why there are any negative reviews... I've been a patient of Jacob Orin for about three years now. He's extremely professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about not only bettering my wellbeing, but constantly reevaluating it.

My experience with Jacob was terrible. After losing health insurance and paying out of pocket Jacob was rude and tried to cut my antidepressant out entirely that was working fine. It seems he doesn't understand the dangers of ssri withdrawl or doesnt care. During our visit he suggested not to come back and I'm not going to. Seems he's only interested in the extra money he would've gotten if I had insurance. Would not recommend.

Do not go “Dr. Orin” who is not a psychiatrist but a PA with a doctorate, which is used to mislead you. He first presents well but both he & the office have no respect for patients or HIPPA. He is rude, inexperienced & eager to diagnose & prescribe something new, cutting meds that worked well for years, based on family history instead of symptoms & patient feedback. He cut my long term antidepressant & I wound up attempting suicide for the 1st & only time, which he knew I had struggled with.
