Good counselor for dealing with anxiety
Jake taught me exercises using breathing from my diaphragm to counter severe chest pains due to anxiety. I couldn't even work my panic attacks were so bad. When I was having panic attacks, I froze and stopped breathing due to stress (in my case, perceived danger). My brain interpreted this as my heart not getting enough oxygen, causing my heart to spasm. Learning to breathe normally eliminated my chest pains. Now I hardly ever have chest pains.
