The office refused to listen and understand my benefits even when I had my insurance company call them, Kim was very argumentative per the BCBS rep, and after they got my benefits they still wanted to over charge me for their lack of understanding. Ann was rude, hung up on me and refused to allow me to contact my insurance company for further clarification. All they care about is money. Sad that the doctor has such unprofessional office staff. I will bad mouth them every chance I get!!
