Arrogant and apathetic
I recently needed a common, simple health concern repaired. Jacob Taylor, who apparently makes surgical decisions for Dr Cottingham, refused for them to do the procedure. I have always thought very highly of Dr Cottingham and I still believe he is one of the best surgeons in the area, but because of his nurse practitioner’s apathy and arrogance, I will have to find another surgeon and I have suffered longer than needed because of his said apathy. Really a shame for Dr Cottingham to let his NP run off patients.
