Dr. Jacob Torres, DC

This place failed to notify me when my primary care doctor took a leave of absence. I had updated my insurance information with them in December, before she took the leave. My new insurance is not in network with any of the providers left on staff, but was in network with my provider who took the leave. A month goes by without me knowing this. I start having pains in my sides. I call to make an appointment and they tell me my provider is no longer working there and it was acceptable for them not to notify me that I needed to find another pcp. I am still searching to get in with a new provider weeks later. I had to resort to Texas med clinic and still have yet to get the scan that I need. Stick with the basics if you want the bare minimum that should be provided with a primary care doctor. The staff is unresponsive and has put me in a horrible situation multiple times when things should have been very simple. Like, for instance including all pages of paper work to get a covid infusion f

I'm now in the best shape of my life thanks to this place. Dr. Torres really is holistic in his approach, and it actually helped me be able to reduce my medications for cholestrol and high blood pressure. Also lost 20 pounds. The right program for me personally made all the difference.
