I have been receiving chiropractic care for 25 yrs and have been at least 8. Most just do a 2 min. adjustment. Dr. Kelian or her associates all spend at least 15-20min. I start with the water table, Then I get stim and heat while also receiving traction . How neat is that!! Then before getting adjusted, I get massaged first and stretched after. It's a very comprehensive approach. I also get answers to my questions on how to maintain flexibility; minimize pain. Always treated as a unique . GREAT!
