Jacqueline Ercole Aprn, provided me years of care for mental illnesses, diagnosed by Jackie. She prescribed many prescription medications, all 8 meds required being taken off slowly, if ever necessary. I missed only 2 visits within years due to the mental health problems I suffer, was told by Jackie Aprn and her staff, to seek help elsewhere. This was devastating, no longer able to see her or get medication. I am off the meds, and very upset due to how fast I was put on meds, and taken off.
