Incredibly caustic and unprofessional, won't work with insurance and is attempting to force me to pay full boat rather than do simple paperwork. Stalking me with a dozen nasty emails - I would absolutely avoid at all costs. I deeply regret my visit with her.

Very professional, very, very pleasant and easy to speak with, very knowledgeable and prepared, great experience. I would very highly recommend Ms. Podel, She is excellent!
