Jackie could not help me with my particular issue, but gave me many other offices to try and a lot of great information to make my next phone calls more productive. Unfortunately, the insurance provider I have will NOT contract with most providers in our state. Jackie even gave me suggestions for how to deal with that issue.

Jackie was very helpful with my recovery from a hip replacement. She called me the evening I arrived home from the hospital and was at my home the next day at 9:30. She is a good listener and was able to decipher what I told her about my pain or lack of mobility into exercises that worked to stop the pain or help me move. Not only is she knowledgeable in her field she's a good conversationalist which just makes the experience more enjoyable. Thank you for your help, I feel fortunate that you are parts of my care team.
