Jacqueline was horrible to talk to. I recently got into a car accident and lost my dog and was looking for grief counseling. Jacqueline talked about herself about 70% of the time, showed very little empathy and in general did not know how to assist me or help me figure out ways to cope. She doesn't listen to people and is not intuitive enough to read people, at one point telling me I looked "quite cool about it all" which I clearly wasn't. She tried to one up me about grief, talking about her own experiences with loss and saying "It doesn't get much worse than what I've been through". I urge anyone going through grief to please not go talk to her because it will only make things worse. I am genuinely surprised that she has a degree and professional license. This was one of the worst therapists I have ever gone to.

I have been seeing Jacqueline for a few years now. She is amazing, helpful, insightful, and supportive. She encourages her clients to find solutions to their problems through empowerment and empathy. I have appreciated her help, and continue to see her when needed.
