I had a 7:30 am appointment that I was on time too, I was checked in fairly quickly and put in a waiting room. Jackie came in to the room I was placed in at 8 am. She talked to me for apx. 9 minutes regarding 1 of the three reasons I was there for. She then told me she needed to wrap it up for an 8 am apt. she had. She seemed irritated with me because I did not have all her answers. She had no problem taking my co-pay and collecting the rest of the money she will get from my insurance company. I left feeling more confused about who can help me and what specialist I need to see because she rushed the whole entire process that maybe she understands, but I don't. Now I know why she has a 2.7 star review...

When you go here you have to put up with Claire time. it's when Claire is talking about Claire. This woman makes me sick she is so narcissistic. I was so nice to these people and all i got was abused. From a old ugly repugnant woman. I think I'm going to go for breach of confidentiality. Your desk clerk is not a nurse she's just a desk clerk and needs to shut her mouth. You even let the nurse that is friends with the people that have attacked me treat me. Claire was getting the nurses to degrading me and laughing at me. She was telling the patience my medical disabilities and my personal problems then degrading me around the patience all the time. Then humiliated me while all the nurses laughed at me. Jacqueline Wagner just stood there and laughed. Nothing you people do to your face is going to make you look good. Leave your faces alone. It was a prompt and quick diagnosis and visit

No one wears masks! Do not feel safe. They thinks wearing masks is all political.

Dr. Wagner is a competent physician but lacks communication with her staff. Her staff is not trained in their portal nor insurance guidelines. I have worked in the medical field. When the physician requested my medical records, the staff requested that I obtain them. I signed paperwork authorizing release of medical records. It has been frustrating dealing with them.

Jacqueline is a very busy ARNP and although she may not get back to you right away, she WILL pay attention to your needs when you ask for her services. She is thorough and professional. I find her to be polite and easy to talk with. I will stay with her as I've done the past 2 years.
