I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Atit Neurology. After being referred for a sleep study in April, I was told I’d hear back in 10 days but never received any follow-up. The office never answers their phones, making it difficult to reach anyone for assistance. My wife even called after a seizure and left multiple messages, but they never returned her call. When I finally managed to schedule an appointment, the receptionist had an unprofessional attitude and set me up with Jamie Burns. On the day of my appointment, I received a cancellation notice. When I called to find out why, Jamie Burns contacted me an hour later. When I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication over the past year, her response was dismissive and rude, asking if I still wanted to continue with the appointment in a condescending manner. Dr. Atit is always on call, I’m not sure he knows how poorly his office is being ran.

Recent visit for migraines a the Largo location. My first time to see her. Very impressed. Was personable, thorough, experienced in dealing with migraines and tension headaches. Took her time with me to review history. Gave me a printout of her Migraine Toolbox for Acute Migraine with detailed medication instructions. Prescriptions were sent to various pharmacies. Gave me samples to start. Her Clearwater staff followed up me regarding my status and located more samples for me.

Excellent Care & I highly recommend my nurse practitioner! Jaime is a very compassionate provider. Some may say patients should only see physicians -- but I am here to tell you Jaime Burns is better than any physician I have had in the past. She has excellent clinical skill, explains things in a manner that makes sense, and really cares about her patients well-being. She made my women's health exam comfortable. She takes her time with each patient, never rushing us out the door. She will answer your questions, even when there are a lot, and treat you like you are a priority. I am so happy I found her and even if my insurance changes, I will pay cash to see her if I need to. If you are looking for a primary care provider who does women's health too--you found her!

My family is under the care of Jaime Burns, ARNP, and I could not be happier. She takes time with us and explains our conditions - even when the office is busy, she never rushes us. She has drawn us pictures that explain what is going on in our bodies. Excellent in education of patients. I have recommended her to many of my friends and I defend her against those who state "I need to see a real doctor" - in my eyes, I could not be in better hands nor could my family. 5 Stars - Jaime is an amazing Nurse Practitioner who makes sure we get the best medical care possible.
