Dr wasn’t there at my appointment time
Office was locked and empty at my appointment time. I called and left messages 5 mins before, at the time of my appt, and 5 mins after. Dr. finally called me back 10 mins after my scheduled appointment and tried to lecture me on why I should have waited. He even argued with me by trying to say he was there 2 mins early (he wasn’t). He was very argumentative with me on the phone. His hours advertise that they open at 9am, but nobody was there at 10am. I would have turned around and gone back, but his attitude really turned me off.

I have been seeing Dr Burks since I moved to the area 10 yrs ago. He's very friendly and does wonders for my back & hip.
