DR JAMES GRIMES IS RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED
Dr Grimes has the experience, credentials, wisdom, attitude, and social skills that you would wish to have from any doctor. He takes as much time as I need to answer my questions and explain things to me. He has a loyal front-desk elderly woman working for him. She multitasks very well what with phone calls, walk-ins, people coming in for appointments, etc. If you don't think she is friendly it is because you aren't noticing she has a hearing problem, or she has to complete a task before talking to you, or she is on the phone. She is not ignoring you. Just be patient because elderly people need more time to respond. We should call ourselves luck to have such reliable people with integrity in our community. Their practice has been in Olympia for years. Both my roommate and I go to their office.

The office in Shelton is unprofessional and verbally abusive. They treat Medicaid clients with discrimination.
