Sea Eye Care is always a perfect experience. Dr. Komornik and his staff are professional and caring. They are always there to help. Most recently Dr. K guided me thru Cataract Surgery. I completely trusted him to choose the right physician for me. He has meticulously managed my after care but more importantly has guided and supported me thru the entire process. Knowing my eyes he spent so much extra time explaining the options and what would be best for me. Having had several Optometrist in my life, I have to say Dr. K is the most knowledgeable/educated. He is always on the cutting edge of eyes.

If you need sclera contact lenses look no further. Never thought I could get sclerals that fit and let me see so good.

Dr. Komornik helped my eye infection and gave me this drop that cured me! I couldn't believe how much better it felt after just a few hours.

Dr. Komornik has been the ONLY doctor to get my contact prescription right! He took his time, was very thorough, and got me in the perfect contacts. He was laid back, funny, and friendly- his office was clean and staff was super nice too!

I had a really bad (painful!) eye infection and Dr. James Komornik saw me the same day I called. I was in such misery I was so glad he got me right in. He explained everything so thoroughly, I left with no questions. Most importantly, even a few hours of starting his treatment my eye started feeling better just like he said. I was feeling 100% better the next day and wanted to hug him at my follow-up! He scheduled my annual exam for later this year and I look forward to it. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Komornik if you think you have an eye infection.

I went back to Dr K after my contact supply ran out & asked for my prescription & a trial pair to get me by. I never received my prescription & the trial pair also ripped after 2 weeks, so I just started wearing my glasses. When I called back, they discovered they had entered my email address as .com instead of the correct .org. This time they only sent over my prescription for glasses. This morning I called again & they finally sent over my contact prescription. I asked for another trial pair until my order came in, but Dr K said no. My advice to Dr K put yourself in the customer's shoes and don't assume they are trying to get something for free. I would have much preferred things went smoothly & gotten my contacts months ago. I felt bad even having to ask for another trial pair, but I'm that miserable in my glasses. Maybe next time, try something to the effect of "hey, we're sorry we had your email address wrong & sent over the wrong prescription, can I do anything to help?".

Great visit with Dr Komornik-we are glad that have found him and my husband and I feel that we can trust him with the health of our eyes. Erica is awesome too!

I highly recommend Dr. Komornik and Sea Eye Care! He is not only an amazing Dr., but an extremely caring individual. I would go to him for any eye care needs! I was visiting Norfolk from out of town, and I woke up with an extremely swollen, red, and painful left eye that had started draining. Bad enough, but it was Labor Day! I was going to go to the Emergency room, but I preferred to be seen by a specialist rather than an ER Physician. I called Sea Eye Care and left a message, as it was a Holiday and the office was closed. To my shock, in a matter of minutes I received a text from Dr. Komornik. He informed me that the office was closed, but he would try to help me! He sent me a link to a secure site that would protect my health information, and we could communicate. He requested a picture of my eye. After sending the picture, he asked me if I could meet him at the office! The best experience with an eye doctor in my life. Personable, very willing to work with me on scheduling etc, knowledgeable, determined to advocate for his patients and find physically and financially viable solutions. Truly awesome!

Dr Komornik make should he explaine to what is wrong with your eyes and make should you understand

This was my first experience with Dr Komornik. He is the absolute best. I visted him at his Norfolk Office following cataract surgery. On my first visit I was having an unfavorable reaction to a medicine after surgery. Dr Kormornik knew EXACTLY what to prescribe. He had the answer to ALL my questions and was very, very patient in explaining everything. During my second visit he measured my acuity and prescribed my glasses. Everyone of his staff members are very competent and friendly.
