Dr. James Morgan, DNP

I have been to my fare share of psychologists, and I have never found a provider as compassionate and driven to find you the best treatment options.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I never write reviews but my experience has been so consistently bad that I feel the need to share this in the hope it deters others from using these services. The staff is so incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly and Dr. Morgan is virtually impossible to reach or contact anytime outside of your appointment window. Even getting simple forms signed or securing prescriptions are an absolute train wreck. They operate with old technology, and are absolutely unwilling to work with you to make any part of the process easier. I am so sad and disappointed to write this, but this doctor actually causes more harm than good.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Morgan’s for almost 2 years now and cannot say enough good things about him. I feel heard. He is a very patient and compassionate provider. I am extremely grateful to have found Dr. Morgan.

Very impersonal provider. Just goes through the motions of prescribing medication. He does not get back to you if you call in between appointments. Difficult to reschedule a timely appointment. He’s busy, not because he’s an outstanding provider, but because one group in particular refers all their clients to him. I’m not even sure he diagnosed me correctly.

Egotistical and difficult to work with. Tried contacting him outside our appointment time and he wouldn’t respond. Felt like we were just a number instead of a patient. Appointments were short for the amount he charges. He’s busy because the entire group he works with refers to him instead of finding a provider that would benefit the individual. Do yourself a favor and research a good psychologist.
