He forces his opinion and philosophy down your throat. If you disagree with him, he will insult you in the chart. I don't think he has enough life experience to know that quality of life means different things to different people. Just because you're older doesn't mean you should die. FYI, constant negative talk and arguing with the family at the foot of the bed is extremely harmful to the vulnerable patient.
